Engage with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through consultative selling. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while professionally handling objections and rejections.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with scripts and quality standards. Deliver an exceptional customer experience to maximize revenue and foster customer loyalty. This entry-level role is crucial for driving sales growth and promoting our telecom offerings.

We are looking for individuals with strong English communication skills and a neutral, clear accent. A natural sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential. Candidates should possess excellent active listening skills and customer empathy, along with the resilience to handle rejection effectively.

Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is required. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in BPO or sales roles, and should be a graduate. This role operates during the US-Canada Shift (Night Shift) with a 10-hour workday, offering company-provided transportation for night shifts.
