Thoroughly understand customer needs to recommend and tailor solutions that best fit their requirements.

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.

Professionally handle customer objections and rejections, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, conversions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.

Ensure strict adherence to all scripts, quality assurance standards, and process guidelines.
