Engage high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting telecom products such as plans, upgrades, and bundles.

Understand individual customer needs to recommend personalized solutions and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Professionally manage objections and rejections, while meticulously maintaining accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize revenue.

A strong command of English with a neutral and clear accent is essential.

Possess a natural sales mindset with persuasive abilities, coupled with active listening skills and customer empathy.

Demonstrate resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively, along with basic proficiency in system and CRM handling.

Eligibility includes being a graduate (flexibility offered based on communication skills) with 2-4 years of preferred experience in BPO or sales.
