This entry-level outbound sales role involves engaging with Canada-based customers to promote telecom products and services. You will be responsible for driving revenue through effective consultative selling.

Key duties include making a high volume of outbound calls, promoting various telecom offerings, understanding customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. You will also handle customer objections and rejections professionally, maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, conversions, and follow-ups, and ensure strict adherence to scripts, quality assurance, and process standards. The ultimate goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maximizing revenue.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a clear, neutral English accent. A proactive sales mindset coupled with persuasive abilities is essential. Candidates should possess strong active listening skills and demonstrate customer empathy, along with resilience and the capacity to handle rejection effectively. Basic proficiency in system and CRM handling is also required.

Eligibility criteria include being a graduate, with flexibility based on communication skills. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of prior experience, ideally within the BPO or sales sectors. This is a full-time, 100% onsite position based in Gurugram, Haryana, operating on a US-Canada Shift (Night Shift). Company-provided transportation is available for night shifts.
