As an Entry-level Sales Executive, you will connect with Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calls to promote telecom products and services. Your role involves understanding customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key duties include promoting telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. You will be expected to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, handle objections with professionalism, and maintain accurate CRM records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups.

Ensuring compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards is crucial. You will also focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales outcomes.
