As a key team member, you will collaborate effectively, share responsibilities, and maintain open communication while updating senior team members on task progress. You will continuously aim to exceed client and team expectations, taking on increasingly complex assignments.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies, and providing timely status updates. You will also ensure the on-time delivery of assigned tasks, participate in design, development, QA, deployment, and support phases as needed, and adhere to EY policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management.
Ensuring compliance with project-specific quality protocols is essential. You will also be responsible for updating technical designs and unit test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will contribute to building Technical Assets and Accelerators.
To excel in this role, a strong foundation in Pega Application development using the Pega Development platform is required, with 2-4 years of experience. Essential knowledge includes Pega Case Management, Process Flows, Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), and Reporting.
Proficiency in Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, Job Schedulers, File/Email Listeners, UI, and Portals development is crucial. A solid understanding of Class Structure design, Pega Best Practices, and Guardrail improvement techniques, along with working knowledge of project implementation methodologies, is expected.
Ideally, you should possess a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or an MCA, coupled with at least 1 year of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies. Familiarity with Smart Dispute (SD)/Smart Investigate (SI) Frameworks and Pega Constellation is important. Elementary knowledge of Pega Cloud & Pega Agentic AI, along with completing at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega projects, will set you apart.
Additional advantages include experience with any Pega Frameworks (CDH, CLM, CRM, SD) and exposure to Pega Deployment Manager. Pega CSA/CSSA 7.x/8.x certification is highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations. Knowledge of Java/J2EE, relational databases, and PL/SQL are considered a plus.
