As a key team member, you will lead initiatives, provide support, and maintain clear communication with management regarding task progress. Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations, taking on increasingly complex assignments. Foster strong, productive relationships with client and onsite personnel, ensuring timely delivery of all allocated tasks. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing status updates and contributing to design, development, QA, deployment, and support phases. Adhere to EY policies, including timesheet and leave management, while ensuring high-quality deliverables through compliance with project quality protocols. Responsibilities extend to updating technical architecture/design, unit test cases, and building technical assets and accelerators.

To excel in this role, possess 4-7 years of Pega Application development experience on the Pega Development platform, with a track record of 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations. A solid understanding of Pega Constellation and experience optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI are essential. At least 1-2 years of experience with Pega Cloud is required. Proficiency in SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing, end-to-end message and exception case processing, and integration modules like gCase and gpi APIs are crucial. You should have hands-on experience with Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), and Reporting. Expertise in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, and Job Schedulers/Queue Processors is expected. Strong knowledge of UI/UX & Portals development rules, Pega application performance tuning, and Pega Best Practices is necessary. Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies and a CSSA OR CLSA – Part 1 certification are required. Experience with Smart Dispute (SD) or Smart Investigate Frameworks is a significant advantage. A B.E/B.Tech or MCA degree with 2-3 years of experience in Big 4 or paneled SI/ITeS companies, along with knowledge of Pega Upgrade, UI/Portals development, and experience grooming junior developers, is also ideal. Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager is a plus.
