This role focuses on Application Systems Engineering, specifically leveraging the Appian BPM Development platform to optimize business processes for clients. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing state-of-the-art applications.

As a team lead, you will guide and support your team, ensuring clear communication and progress updates to management. Continuously aim to exceed client and team expectations, taking on increasingly complex assignments. Foster strong working relationships with client and onsite personnel, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

You'll actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities as needed. Adherence to EY policies, including timesheet and leave management, is crucial, as is maintaining quality protocols and building technical assets and accelerators.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality reports. Experience with at least 2-3 Appian projects is required, demonstrating hands-on expertise in Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interface, and Reporting.

Essential knowledge includes BPMS implementation, including process design, form design, rules, SAIL, and CDTs. Familiarity with BPMN, XML, XSD, and Appian Best Practices is necessary, alongside solid understanding and practical experience with relational databases and PL/SQL. A Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields or MCA) and 2-3 years of experience with leading companies are ideal.
