Lead team efforts, sharing responsibility, and maintaining clear communication with managers on task progress. Consistently aim to exceed client and team expectations, tackling increasingly complex assignments. Cultivate strong working relationships with client and onsite personnel to ensure the timely delivery of assigned tasks. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing essential status updates and contributing to design, development, QA, deployment, and support phases as needed. Ensure adherence to EY policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management, and maintain high-quality deliverables by updating technical architecture/design and unit test cases. Develop and maintain technical assets and accelerators.

To excel in this role, you should be adept at architecting and designing Appian applications. Essential hands-on experience includes working with Appian Process Models, Integrations, SAIL Interface, Web API, and Reporting. A solid understanding of BPMS implementation, including process design, form design, rules, SAIL, and CDTs, is crucial. Familiarity with BPMN, XML, XSD, and Appian best practices is required.

Furthermore, proficiency in relational databases and PL/SQL is necessary, along with knowledge of integration techniques like REST APIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital. While knowledge of Java/J2EE is a plus, working knowledge of project implementation methodologies is expected. Ideally, candidates will possess a B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with 4-7 years of experience, strong Tech Lead skills, and experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
