This role involves developing and deploying integration solutions using the Boomi Platform, including environment setup, process design, and hypercare activities. You will analyze requirements, handle tickets, and implement real-time and scheduled integration processes. Key responsibilities include working with various data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, Database, EDI), understanding and implementing REST, SOAP, and API communication protocols, and utilizing connectors. Additionally, you will engage with customer business needs, manage incident processes, and leverage coding/scripting skills in Groovy or JavaScript.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically on the Boomi Platform. Experience with Boomi Integration platforms, including environments, process designs, error handling, and deployment, is essential. A track record of 2-3 end-to-end projects is required, covering ticket handling, requirement analysis, Boomi setup, development, deployment, and hypercare.

A strong understanding of REST, SOAP, Web Services, and API protocols is necessary. Experience with API Management solutions or equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with Boomi Pub/Sub, event-based integrations, document flow, and error handling is expected. Proficiency in coding/scripting with Groovy or JavaScript, and experience with incident management tools like JIRA or SNOW, are important. A solid background in relational databases with SQL skills is also required.

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex integration scenarios. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Professional Boomi Atomsphere certifications (Developer, MDH, EDI, APIM, Flow) are mandatory. Working knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization is also key.
