We are seeking an experienced Bluetooth Controller Developer with a strong background in embedded firmware. This role offers a permanent opportunity within Capgemini Engineering's Products & Systems Engineering community.

Develop and customize Bluetooth protocol stacks for embedded systems, focusing on Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy architectures.

Utilize strong system-level debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues, including Bluetooth interoperability and real-world customer problems.

Analyze protocol logs, traces, and over-the-air behavior to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Apply expertise in RTOS concepts, concurrency, interrupts, memory management, and power optimization.

A minimum of 5-7 years of robust embedded firmware development experience is essential.

Demonstrated proficiency in C/C++ for real-time, resource-constrained environments is a must. A solid understanding of Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy architecture is required.

Experience with Silicon Labs Bluetooth SDK (GSDK), Simplicity Studio, and EFR32 platforms is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of RTOS concepts, concurrency, interrupts, memory management, and power optimization is expected.
