Seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Consultant to lead and execute WMS implementation and support projects. This role involves managing project lifecycles, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing deep expertise in Blue Yonder solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of warehouse management principles and a proven track record in delivering successful WMS projects. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Bengaluru.

Spearhead Blue Yonder WMS solution implementations and ongoing support.

Manage project teams and engage effectively with client stakeholders.

Provide expert guidance on WMS configuration, customization, and best practices.

Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design robust solutions within the Blue Yonder framework.

Oversee configuration, testing, user training, and documentation creation.

Offer critical support during system upgrades, deployments, and post-production phases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive process enhancements.

Proactively manage project risks and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS implementations and support is essential.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and industry best practices.

Demonstrated experience in leading WMS projects and client management is required.

Familiarity with MOCA is considered a valuable asset.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) solutions and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
