Architect, design, migrate, and implement ground-up cloud-native SaaS products using Azure, focusing on supply chain demand and supply planning for manufacturing and retail. Conduct business process analysis and design functional specifications. Build customer Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and demonstrations. Develop reusable templates and artifacts to streamline implementation lifecycles and reduce errors. Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholder levels, including user, management, and executive audiences.

Communicate business cases for future product enhancements. Create and maintain procedural and system documentation. Develop and execute test scripts to ensure software meets business objectives. Design functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens. Facilitate knowledge transfer and act as a thought leader in your product solution area, advising clients on industry best practices. Provide non-technical support during go-live phases and knowledge transition. Prepare and conduct solution training, supporting larger team enablement. Validate new product solutions, including data flow, interfaces, workflows, reports, and performance testing, and provide feedback on defects and enhancements.

This role requires flexibility to work across overlapping time zones and a commitment to collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will be instrumental in ensuring our solutions consistently deliver value and meet client expectations.

We are looking for an experienced professional with 8+ years of hands-on experience as an architect or business consultant in supply chain solutions. Prior experience with BY/JDA/i2 or similar supply chain planning solutions is preferred, either as a customer or as a consultant. An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research is preferred, though a combination of a Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience may be considered.

Demonstrated experience with multiple i2/BY/JDA solutions (Demand, SCP/ESP, Fulfill, S&OP, IO) and their configurations is essential. Experience in demand and supply planning for the manufacturing and/or retail industry segments is required. Familiarity with other leading supply chain planning solutions like O9, Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, or leading ERPs is beneficial. Working experience with AI/ML algorithms, R, and Python packages, along with an understanding of time series forecasting, is valuable.

Knowledge of databases, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS technical platforms, and DevOps operations is important. Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms, SCM concepts, and awareness of tactical planning within the overall supply chain are necessary. The ability to communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences is key. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and proactively, are expected. A passion for new technologies and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly are highly valued.
