Lead and actively participate in Blue Yonder WMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions. Configure and provide ongoing support for BY WMS Discrete and Dispatcher functionalities. Conduct Fit-Gap analyses to identify and recommend warehouse process improvements.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical consultants. Prepare detailed functional specifications, process flow documents, and comprehensive test cases. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

Troubleshoot system and process issues related to warehouse operations. Facilitate user training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless adoption.

A strong background in Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in key areas including Discrete Picking, Dispatcher Configuration, Task Management, Order Fulfilment, Wave Planning, Inventory Management, Receiving and Putaway, Replenishment Processes, Shipping & Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Operations Management is required.

Familiarity with inbound and outbound warehouse processes is necessary. Prior experience in system configuration, testing, and support activities is crucial. Candidates should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
