Seeking a seasoned Bizagi Lead BPM Consultant with proven expertise in process automation, JDE/ERP integration, and Supply Chain workflows, ideally within the Energy & Utilities sector. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust Bizagi solutions to optimize operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Pune, India. We are looking for a candidate who can expertly leverage the Bizagi platform to enhance business processes and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes within ERP and Supply Chain functions. You will design BPMN-compliant process models using Bizagi Modeler and develop automated workflows in Bizagi Studio, ensuring seamless integration with JDE/Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Bizagi solutions, implement business rules, data models, and user interfaces. Integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and middleware is crucial. The role also entails conducting unit testing, supporting UAT, managing deployments, and providing post-implementation support for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of hands-on experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation. A strong understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory) and Supply Chain Management processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics) is essential.

We require domain knowledge in Energy & Utilities (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance) and proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and web services integration. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Bizagi Developer Certification is preferred, as is experience with other BPM tools or cloud platforms.
