Your contributions will help customers maximize the potential of Google products through tailored solutions and scalable tools.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer success to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

In this role, you will be instrumental in updating existing solution content and creating new, repeatable resources such as best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code. You will also document repeatable solutions effectively.

Furthermore, you will generate partner insights and actively participate in business reviews to help formulate partner strategies with minimal guidance. Project management will be a key focus, encompassing planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and comprehensive project documentation.

You will execute solutions based on defined user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements, occasionally seeking support from peers. A crucial aspect involves identifying trends in solution issues across users, partners, and clients, and collaborating with internal teams to proactively mitigate future risks.

To be successful in this position, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required. We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role.

An essential requirement is the ability to work flexible, non-standard working hours to meet customer demands. Preferred qualifications include experience in online advertising, particularly with Google Ads, the Google Ads product suite, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.

Additional desirable experience includes leveraging data insights to inform business decisions, proficiency in project management methodologies, policy or billing knowledge, and excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
