As a Billing Representative, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient operations by meeting key performance targets like Quality, TAT, and NPS. Your role involves effectively resolving customer and broker inquiries via email and phone, working autonomously while adhering strictly to process guidelines.

Key responsibilities include identifying and communicating process failures, developing comprehensive remediation plans across various mediums, and maintaining an expert understanding of the Eligibility process. You will also contribute valuable insights to leadership regarding existing process gaps. Ensuring compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards is paramount. You must also comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, including changes related to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements.

We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines and a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks. A foundational understanding of healthcare terminologies and concepts is essential.

Candidates must possess solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS applications and efficient keyboarding. Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, alongside a demonstrated ability to work in permanent night shifts and extended shifts as business needs dictate. A keen attention to detail, a quality-focused mindset, and the capacity to function as a good team player while working with minimal supervision are crucial. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs are highly valued.
