Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. Conduct thorough Functional, System Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing to ensure product quality.

Collaborate closely with global and Japanese stakeholders to gather business requirements and define testing strategies. Proactively identify, track, and report defects, ensuring their timely and effective resolution.

Provide essential support for test planning, execution, and overall quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate seamless communication by translating and interpreting business, functional, and technical documents between Japanese and English as needed.

A seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance. Proficiency in Manual and/or Automation Testing is essential.

Mandatory JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification is required, alongside robust Japanese communication skills. A strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Management processes, and Test Documentation is crucial.

Previous experience working with Japanese clients, offshore-onshore teams, or on bilingual projects is highly valued. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are key to success in this role.
