Seeking a seasoned Bid Manager / Project Lead with extensive experience in enterprise applications to spearhead our bid processes. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of bids for Oracle EBS and Cloud solutions, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.

Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing customer needs, defining winning strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple internal and external teams. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling proposals that align with Oracle's offerings and client requirements.

Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process for Oracle EBS and Cloud opportunities across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX domains.

Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify key customer requirements and formulate winning proposal strategies. Develop comprehensive bid plans, establish realistic timelines, and allocate resources effectively for proposal development. Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Oracle teams to gather all necessary functional, technical, and commercial information. Write, meticulously review, and edit all proposal content, including executive summaries, scope definitions, solution descriptions, methodologies, and governance structures. Ensure proposed solutions are consistently aligned with Oracle's product capabilities and address specific customer needs. Maintain and enhance a repository of reusable proposal content, templates, and successful past submissions. Monitor proposal progress, track outcomes, and actively participate in post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned. Serve as a key liaison with Oracle sales teams for partner-led opportunities and joint proposal efforts.

A minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in bid and proposal management, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP (EBS & Cloud) ecosystems, including ERP, HCM, CX, or SCM.

A solid understanding of the Oracle product portfolio and the typical implementation lifecycle is essential. Demonstrated success in managing large, intricate RFPs and tenders within both public and private sectors. Exceptional team coordination and collaboration skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with proposal automation tools are necessary. A keen eye for detail and the ability to perform effectively under demanding deadlines are crucial for this role.
