Design and implement scalable BI and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others. Define robust reporting architectures, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards. Lead the development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting. Optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes for enhanced performance and scalability.

Drive Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting initiatives, defining data structures and consumption strategies. Develop enterprise reporting solutions with tools like SSRS. Establish best practices for visualizations and user experience. Create advanced, customized visualizations using D3.js to address complex analytical needs.

Implement rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes. Review solutions to ensure adherence to engineering and visualization standards. Troubleshoot complex reporting, performance, and data quality issues through root cause analysis. Mentor team members on BI platforms, SQL optimization, and visualization best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end analytics solution delivery.

Proven expertise in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, coupled with strong skills in Data Querying & Transformation (SQL) and Data Warehousing (DWH). Experience with Data Visualization Libraries such as D3.js and reporting services like SSRS is essential.
