Key responsibilities include designing scalable BI and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. You will define reporting architecture, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards that align with strategic business objectives. This role involves leading the development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions.

You will also design and optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes to enhance performance and scalability. Driving Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting initiatives by defining data structures and consumption strategies is crucial. Additionally, you'll design and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using tools like SSRS or SAP BusinessObjects, and establish visualization best practices and user experience standards.

Developing advanced, customized visualizations with D3.js to meet complex analytical needs is part of the role. You will establish robust data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes to ensure reporting accuracy. Reviewing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for adherence to engineering and visualization standards is expected. Troubleshooting complex reporting, performance, and data quality issues through detailed root cause analysis will be essential. Furthermore, you will mentor team members on BI platforms, SQL optimization, and visualization best practices, collaborating with various teams for end-to-end analytics solution delivery.

This role requires strong proficiency in Power BI, Data Querying & Transformation using SQL, and Data Visualization Libraries like D3.js. Experience with Data Warehousing (DWH), Tableau, and SSRS is mandatory. You should demonstrate strong ownership in driving BI and analytics excellence, collaborating effectively with diverse teams and business stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
