Develop and maintain robust, reliable database objects and processes to efficiently manage extensive datasets. Optimize and update existing database systems. Implement modifications and conduct tests on database components based on user needs. Resolve database operational issues and malfunctions. Propose new features aligned with user requirements. Ensure all database applications meet organizational and performance standards. Research and recommend new database technologies and services. Create technical documentation and training materials. Provide essential data management support to end-users.

A proven background as a Database Developer is essential. Proficiency in SQL is required, alongside exceptional critical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities. A deep understanding of data management principles, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring, is necessary. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and user interface web applications is beneficial. Experience with MS SQL Server Services is considered an advantage.

Strong analytical and organizational skills are vital. The ability to interpret front-end user requirements and a proactive problem-solving approach are key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A certificate in Database Development is highly advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience engineering enterprise-grade database systems such as SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, or DB2 is mandatory.
