- Design and implement stable, reliable, and effective database objects and processes. - Optimize and maintain legacy database systems. - Modify and test database objects and processes according to project requirements. - Resolve database usage issues and malfunctions promptly. - Identify and propose new features based on evolving user requirements. - Ensure all database programs meet company and performance standards. - Research and recommend new database products, services, and protocols. - Develop technical and training documentation for database solutions. - Provide comprehensive data management support to users.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering enterprise-grade database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, DB2). - Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including package development and data modeling. - Proven experience as a Database Developer with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. - In-depth understanding of data management principles, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and user interface web applications. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and problem-solving aptitudes. - A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. - A certificate in Database Development is highly advantageous.
