Lead the definition and execution of enterprise BI and analytics strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive data-driven decision-making. Establish robust reporting governance frameworks, BI standards, and analytics best practices across teams. Design and oversee enterprise reporting architectures, dashboard frameworks, and analytics platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Define enterprise SQL standards and implement reporting optimization strategies. Drive Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting and analytics strategies aligned with business needs. Establish and enforce enterprise reporting standards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. Define dashboard design principles, visualization standards, and self-service analytics governance.

Drive the adoption of advanced data visualization techniques, including D3.js. Implement governance standards for reporting quality, data validation, and analytics consistency. Lead architecture reviews and technical governance discussions, spearheading BI modernization initiatives. Identify and mitigate reporting risks, performance bottlenecks, and analytics gaps through strategic planning.

A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in BI reporting and data visualization. Proficient in SSRS, Data Querying & Transformation (SQL), and Data Visualization Libraries (D3.js). Strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and ETL processes, with hands-on experience in IBM DataStage and MS SQL.

Demonstrated expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, and familiarity with others like Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, SAP BusinessObjects, Cognos, and SSRS. Ability to define and implement enterprise-wide BI and analytics strategies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards. Experience in leading architecture reviews and driving BI modernization initiatives.
