As a BI Lead, you will design scalable BI and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau, defining reporting architecture and visualization standards. You will lead the development of enterprise dashboards and analytical reporting solutions, and optimize SQL-based reporting and data transformation processes.

Key responsibilities include driving Data Warehousing (DWH) reporting initiatives, designing enterprise reporting solutions with tools like SSRS, and defining visualization best practices. You will develop advanced visualizations using D3.js, establish data validation processes, and review solutions for adherence to standards. Troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring team members are also crucial aspects of this role, alongside collaborating with various teams for end-to-end analytics solution delivery.

We are looking for a BI Lead with mandatory skills in Power BI, Data Querying & Transformation (SQL), Data Visualization Libraries (D3.js), Data Warehousing (DWH), Tableau, and SSRS. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and analytical thinking, with a focus on quality-driven development and adaptability to evolving business needs.
