As a BI Lead, you will design scalable BI and reporting solutions using leading tools such as Power BI and Tableau. You will define reporting architecture, dashboard frameworks, and visualization standards aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the development of enterprise dashboards, optimizing SQL-based reporting, and driving Data Warehousing initiatives.

This role also involves designing and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions using SSRS and other reporting tools. You will define visualization best practices, develop advanced custom visualizations with D3.js, and establish robust data validation and quality assurance processes. Troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring team members are integral parts of this position.

Essential skills for this role include expertise in Power BI, Data Querying & Transformation (SQL), Data Visualization Libraries (D3.js), Data Warehousing (DWH), Tableau, and SSRS. You will need to demonstrate strong ownership, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills. A commitment to quality-focused development, adaptability to evolving requirements, and attention to detail are crucial.
