This role as an RDE – Analytics Developer (BI & Visualization) is crucial for designing, building, optimizing, and governing dashboards, executive scorecards, self-service reports, and data storytelling solutions for Accenture Operations clients.

Develop and independently manage Power BI dashboards and Tableau reports, including interactive visual layouts, filters, and drill-through functionalities. Craft precise SQL queries, create essential DAX measures, and execute Power Query transformations for reporting datasets. Support ETL logic, validate data accuracy, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrate data from various enterprise and cloud sources. Collaborate closely with senior developers to enhance dashboard performance and adhere strictly to BI governance standards. Take ownership of assigned report-building tasks, ensuring thorough testing, comprehensive documentation, and incorporation of stakeholder feedback.

Possess expertise in Data Visualization, specifically with Power BI and Tableau, for creating interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, self-service reports, and data storytelling. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Modern Analytics Platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks for data engineering, analytics, and reporting pipelines. Exhibit strong SQL skills alongside proficiency in DAX and Power Query, mandatory for Power BI development. Showcase a solid understanding of data modeling fundamentals, ETL design, KPI reporting principles, and dashboard usability best practices. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star schema, and handling slowly changing dimensions is required. Experience in dashboard performance optimization, Row-Level Security (RLS), enterprise reporting governance, and workspace management is critical. Effective collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams is essential.
