This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our monitoring ecosystem, focusing on event management, platform administration, and architectural improvements across BHOM environments. Key responsibilities include monitoring and triaging events from BHOM platforms, ensuring swift resolution of critical alerts, and collaborating with teams to optimize alerting thresholds. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day administration of BHOM tools and integrations, managing user access, and supporting the onboarding of new services.

Furthermore, you will assist in designing scalable BHOM architecture aligned with enterprise strategy, evaluate enhancements for performance improvements, and participate in tool upgrades and integration efforts. Maintaining system documentation, including diagrams and runbooks, is also a core part of this role.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support. Essential skills include hands-on experience with monitoring tools like OpsRamp, Zabbix, or SolarWinds, and a strong understanding of event correlation, alert routing, and incident management workflows.

A solid grasp of infrastructure components such as Linux, Windows, networking, and cloud environments is required. Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is considered a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities are crucial for success in this position.
