Lead and mentor a team of Operations Supervisors, fostering a high-performing environment and developing future leaders.

Take full ownership of end-to-end operational performance, including productivity, quality, SLA achievement, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization.

Implement robust operating rhythms and review processes to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and ensure accountability.

Drive workforce planning initiatives, encompassing forecasting, capacity management, hiring strategies, and organizational design to accommodate growth and seasonal demands.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, and other departments to resolve systemic issues, ensure alignment, and enhance the customer experience.

Spearhead automation efforts, process redesign, and tooling improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.

Present comprehensive business reviews to senior leadership, detailing performance, risks, operational health, and strategic plans.

A minimum of 6-8 years in customer-facing operations, such as insurance, benefits, business, product, or support operations.

At least 3-5 years of direct people management experience, specifically leading frontline managers or supervisors.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations with accountability for service delivery, performance metrics, and customer outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Experience in capacity planning, workforce management, organizational design, and resource allocation.

Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Excellent project management capabilities with a history of successfully completing complex initiatives.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.

Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel) for reporting and analysis; familiarity with SFDC, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
