As a Benefits Operations Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth benefits administration and enrollment processes. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with diverse teams to drive impactful improvements.

Serve as the primary liaison for US-based customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams, managing all aspects of benefits and enrollment issue resolution.

Investigate complex issues, working closely with Product and Engineering to develop and implement automated solutions and process enhancements that elevate the customer experience.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles and manage critical escalations to ensure timely and effective resolution.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, with a strong preference for experience in US-based insurance and benefits.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with robust project management and organizational abilities, including keen attention to detail and effective time management.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving, research, and conflict resolution capabilities, along with a proactive eagerness to deepen subject matter expertise and adapt to new processes.
