Join Rippling's Benefits Operations team as an Operations Analyst, focusing on EDI and API operations. This role is integral to ensuring companies are correctly enrolled in benefits, managing thousands of enrollments annually. You will play a key part in the success of Rippling's Benefits platform by configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining client systems, and resolving errors with insurance carriers.

Take ownership of the complete setup for new EDI/API implementations, including 834, JSON, and proprietary carrier files. This encompasses gathering carrier requirements, mapping files, conducting testing, managing error reports, and resolving discrepancies. You will serve as the main liaison with insurance carriers, customers, and brokers to address issues with EDI/API transactions. Additionally, you'll identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to productivity metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) for post-production EDI/API connections.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in EDI file transmissions, specifically with 834 files or proprietary formats, and in managing enrollment/member eligibility. Strong communication, project management, and organizational abilities are essential. Candidates must possess excellent client service skills, a keen eye for detail, and robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workloads is crucial. Familiarity with APIs is considered an advantage.
