Join EY as a Benchmarking-Supervising Associate within the Global Delivery Services, M3 Process CoE. This role is integral to a global team focused on end-to-end process benchmarking support for pursuits and engagements. You will leverage your expertise in business processes such as Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Legal, Shared Services, and Cyber Security.

Partner with practitioners to define project objectives, identify relevant metrics, and guide client data collection, validation, and analysis. The position drives insight-led benchmarking assessments, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. You will also contribute to building scalable, AI-enabled benchmarking capabilities and integrating insights into process optimization engagements. Collaboration with the global benchmarking team and client-facing teams is key to this role.

Lead insight-led benchmarking engagements, transforming data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations. Identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities across various processes. Manage content development, including research and planning, while mitigating risks. Provide subject matter expertise during client interactions to understand requirements, identify metrics, and map processes to frameworks. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to embed benchmarking into pursuits and transformation programs.

Drive awareness of global benchmarking services to ensure a continuous pipeline of work. Manage content and data in compliance with firm policies, including responsible AI use. Conduct advanced benchmarking analytics and develop high-quality deliverables. Lead internal improvement efforts to enhance benchmarking efficiency and effectiveness, exploring AI-enabled solutions and automation. Participate in quality reviews and workshops to ensure top-tier client deliverables. Enhance proprietary datasets through client data collection and third-party data evaluation. Leverage GenAI tools to optimize workflows and generate scalable insights.

We seek candidates with good knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain functions, with exposure to IT, HR, Shared Services, Legal, and Cyber Security being advantageous. Prior hands-on experience with business process transformation tools and techniques is essential.

Strong customer service skills for request management and data collection are required. You should possess robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel and Power BI, coupled with experience in insight generation, is crucial. Demonstrate an ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI solutions for benchmarking.

Effective interaction with leaders and stakeholders, supported by strong presentation skills for multicultural audiences, is expected. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team environment is necessary. You should be adept at planning and executing complex cross-border projects. A self-motivated attitude with strong work ethics and a proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities is valued. Experience in core benchmarking and analytics is preferred.
