We seek a seasoned Senior Consultant with extensive experience in IBM Maximo, MAS 9, APM, and AI-driven EAM solutions. Design comprehensive techno-functional solutions encompassing asset management, work, inventory, procurement, service, safety, and reliability. Configure and extend MAS 9 applications using native tools, scripts, and workflows. Develop robust integrations with ERP systems, GIS, IoT platforms, and other critical applications.

Prepare detailed design documents, configuration workbooks, and migration mappings. Execute various testing phases and troubleshoot defects. Support Asset Performance Management (APM) use cases, including predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies. Identify and implement AI-enabled EAM use cases, translating business challenges into AI/ML solutions with a focus on responsible AI principles.

A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in mid-to-large scale IBM Maximo implementations and upgrades is essential, with familiarity with Maximo 7.6.x and MAS 8/9. Proficiency in Maximo Manage and at least one related module like Mobile, Monitor, or Predict is required.

Demonstrated working knowledge of APM concepts, reliability-centered maintenance, and predictive maintenance is crucial. Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, automation scripting, SQL, REST APIs, and relational databases is necessary. A solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, data quality, responsible AI, and their application in EAM is also key. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are expected.
