EY seeks a Senior Temenos Data Migration Developer to join our Global Delivery Services team. This role is crucial for executing data migration for Private Wealth Core implementation projects.

You will leverage deep technical expertise in Temenos platforms and migration strategies. The position requires collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and data architects to ensure successful data transformation from legacy systems to Temenos Private Wealth Core.

Lead end-to-end data migration strategies, including ETL, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth implementations. Provide technical guidance on Temenos T24 architecture and data structures. Oversee the development of migration components using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, and ETL tools.

Ensure efficient management of relational and hierarchical databases, including performance tuning. Apply expertise in core banking and wealth modules to align migration with business needs. Prepare and validate all migration documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates. Manage large migration teams, mentor resources, and foster a quality-driven culture. Identify migration risks, implement mitigation strategies, and handle critical issues effectively. Support pre-sales activities, engagement assessments, and project planning. Conduct training sessions on migration best practices.

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BE, BCA) or Master's degree (MBA, MCA) and 12 to 18 years of relevant industry experience.

Expertise in Temenos Data Migration Tools (DMX, DM Studio, DM Framework) and Temenos T24/Private Wealth Core is essential. Proficiency in ETL process design and optimization, source-to-target mapping, and data transformation, validation, and reconciliation is required.

Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL, database management, and performance tuning for large-scale migrations are necessary. Experience with legacy system analysis, migration script development, job scheduling tools, and logging/monitoring tools is expected. Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage large teams are key. Candidates should be adept at project planning, resource allocation, status reporting, mentoring, and training.
