Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy, including ETL, profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth. Provide technical guidance on Temenos T24 architecture and data structures. Oversee design and development using Infobasic, Java, and ETL tools. Manage relational and hierarchical databases, ensuring performance tuning. Apply functional knowledge in core banking and wealth modules. Prepare and validate all migration documentation and ensure governance compliance. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Manage and mentor large migration teams, fostering a quality-driven culture. Identify and mitigate migration risks, handling critical issues effectively. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and project planning. Conduct training sessions on migration best practices and Temenos tools.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 12-18 years of industry experience, holding an MBA, MCA, BE, or B.Tech degree. Essential to have worked as a team lead on T24 projects and be adept at interfacing with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. You must be comfortable with regular status reporting to managers and onsite coordinators and ready to travel to customer locations as needed.

Preferred qualifications include expertise in Temenos Data Migration Tools (DMX, DM Studio, DM Framework), Temenos T24/Private Wealth, ETL process design, source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, SQL/PL-SQL, database management, performance tuning, legacy system analysis, migration script development, job scheduling, and logging/monitoring tools. Strong stakeholder management, client-facing experience, and the ability to mentor and train team members are highly valued.
