Lead the architecture and design for Digital and Core Banking modernization initiatives. Define enterprise architecture standards, solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps. Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical solution approvals. Create scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance banking platforms aligned with business goals.

Provide architectural leadership for Digital Banking transformation, Open Banking, API Banking, and Fintech integrations. Develop comprehensive architecture artifacts like SAD, HLD, LLD, integration, and security architecture documents. Define integration strategies across various banking systems and third-party ecosystems. Guide implementation teams on architectural best practices and lead technology evaluations and proof-of-concept activities.

Own architecture decision-making, optimize delivery processes, and manage resources. Allocate work, supervise, and mentor solution architects and development teams. Lead geographically distributed teams and coordinate across diverse stakeholders. Engage effectively with CXOs and senior leadership, communicating architecture decisions clearly. Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, security, and operational risk requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 9 to 15 years of relevant experience in banking technology, enterprise architecture, or Digital Banking transformation. A strong background in defining end-to-end technology architecture, target states, roadmaps, and integration frameworks is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include strong experience in Banking Architecture and Digital Banking ecosystems, enterprise-scale solution design, and defining architectural patterns. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and BIAN is required. Experience with one or more Core Banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Temenos T24, Oracle Flexcube) is a significant advantage.

Candidates must possess deep understanding of banking processes, excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial, along with experience leading geographically distributed teams. Demonstrable stakeholder management and communication skills across senior business and technology audiences are vital for success in this role.
