Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy, including ETL processes, profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth implementations. Provide technical guidance on Temenos T24 architecture, administration, and data structures. Oversee design and development using Infobasic, Core Java, EJB, J2EE, and ETL tools. Manage relational and hierarchical databases, ensuring performance optimization. Apply functional knowledge in core banking and wealth modules. Prepare and validate migration documentation, ensuring governance standards are met.

Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates. Manage large migration teams, mentor resources, and foster a quality-driven culture. Identify and mitigate migration risks. Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and project planning. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on best practices and tools.

Possess an MBA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent degree with 12 to 18 years of relevant industry experience. Must be capable of leading a T24 project team and effectively interfacing with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. Timely completion of assigned tasks and regular status reporting to management are essential. Skills in effort estimation, pre-sales support, engagement assessments, and project planning are highly valued. Experience in conducting training for both clients and internal staff is also a requirement.
