Lead comprehensive data migration strategies, overseeing ETL processes, data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation for Temenos Wealth. Provide technical expertise on Temenos T24 architecture and data structures. Supervise design and development using Infobasic, Core Java, J2EE, and ETL tools. Manage relational and hierarchical databases and ensure efficient performance. Apply functional knowledge in core banking and wealth modules. Prepare and validate all migration documentation. Collaborate effectively with clients and project stakeholders. Manage and mentor large migration teams, fostering a quality-driven culture and ensuring timely milestone delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate migration risks. Contribute to pre-sales activities and project planning.

We seek an MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with 12-18 years of robust industry experience, specifically in T24 projects. You will serve as a team lead, interfacing with onsite coordinators and providing regular status updates to management. Key skills include strong expertise in data migration tools, ETL processes, source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, SQL/PL-SQL, and database management. Experience with performance tuning, legacy system analysis, migration script development, job scheduling, and logging/monitoring tools is highly valued. Exceptional stakeholder management, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage large teams are essential.
