This role focuses on leading digital transformation initiatives within Banking and Capital Markets platforms. We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5 to 8 years of experience to drive impactful change. The position demands strong program and project management capabilities, deep understanding of the banking sector, and the ability to orchestrate AI-driven transformations across diverse global teams.

Lead comprehensive digital transformation programs, including platform implementation, modernization, migration, and process optimization within the Banking and Capital Markets domain.

Define project scope, develop strategic delivery approaches, establish realistic timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, identify risks and dependencies, and implement robust governance frameworks.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, platform vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Champion Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies, ensuring strict alignment with overarching business objectives and regulatory mandates.

Proactively monitor project progress, mitigate risks and issues, track critical milestones, and provide clear, concise status reports to leadership and client representatives.

Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, decision-making forums, and foster cross-functional collaboration among global teams.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.

Acquire 5 to 8 years of experience in managing digital transformation, platform implementation, or technology-driven business change programs specifically within the BFSI sector.

Demonstrate a solid grasp of Banking & Capital Markets products, core processes, operational models, and the regulatory environment.

Showcase proven success in delivering intricate, platform-centric programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

Exhibit strong expertise in project planning, financial management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, governance structures, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with AI/Generative AI use cases, modern digital platforms, cloud migration strategies, and data-informed program delivery is essential.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and executive presentation skills are required.
