You will drive end-to-end delivery of platform modernization projects, covering trade confirmations, settlements, securities processing, treasury operations, and regulatory reporting.

Collaborate with business, operations, risk, and technology teams to design, configure, test, deploy, and stabilize solutions within Capital Markets and Treasury ecosystems. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing platform capabilities and transforming financial operations for our clients.

Spearhead the implementation, enhancement, and modernization of Capital Markets and Treasury platforms. Support business and technology workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production stabilization. Partner with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams, as well as Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology departments, to execute transformation programs. Analyze intricate business requirements, translating them into effective functional and technical solutions. Lead workshops and conduct gap assessments to define platform configuration and customization needs. Facilitate trade lifecycle processes, encompassing trade capture, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, accounting, and reporting. Assist in system integrations using standard financial industry interfaces and messaging protocols. Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and post-implementation activities. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Contribute to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and governance activities. Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure successful workstream execution.

Possess strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets and Treasury, with a deep understanding of investment banking and post-trade operations. Demonstrate expertise in trade lifecycle processes, including capture, confirmations, matching, settlements, accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Showcase experience in trade confirmations, settlement processing, securities operations, SSI management, exception handling, and counterparty management. Understand operational controls, regulatory reporting, reconciliation processes, and settlement fail management. Have experience across various asset classes such as Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income, Equities, Money Markets, and Derivatives (Futures, Swaps, Options). Bring 5-8 years of experience implementing, configuring, or integrating Capital Markets and Treasury platforms like Murex, Calypso/Adenza, Kondor+/Fusion Kondor, Finastra Fusion, SunGard Treasury, Broadridge Gloss, Fidessa, MarkitSERV, or Summit. Proven ability to support large-scale transformation, implementation, or modernization programs. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of proposing scalable, configuration-driven solutions. Possess excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to manage workstreams independently and mentor junior consultants. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies is essential.
