Lead comprehensive test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting for financial systems. Develop robust test strategies and detailed test plans to ensure project success. Drive the defect management process, including triage discussions, to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate closely with business, development, and product teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Support critical testing phases such as functional, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide valuable guidance on automation opportunities and best practices in quality engineering. Perform essential data validation and support ETL testing efforts to maintain data integrity. Work effectively within an Agile environment and adapt to various working shifts.

A Bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc is required, alongside 4-8 years of dedicated testing experience in Banking & Capital Market platforms. Strong exposure to the Cards & Payments domain is essential. Candidates must possess at least basic experience with an automation tool like Selenium, UFT, or Protractor. The role requires flexibility for working in any shifts or Offshore Development Center (ODC) environments and a strong ability to operate within an Agile framework. Proficiency in functional testing methodologies and tools is also a key requirement.
