You will act as a Technical Business Systems Analyst on various FinCrime projects, interfacing with onsite coordinators and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Regular status reporting to leads and managers is essential. You will also communicate with customer representatives as needed and be prepared to travel to client locations on demand.
Key responsibilities include understanding high-level business requirements and aligning them with AML/FinCrime product capabilities. Defining and validating customization needs for AML products based on client specifications is crucial. You will review client processes and workflows, providing recommendations for maximizing benefits from the AML Product. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of best banking practices and AML product modules is expected. A strong understanding of FinCrime, Fraud, and FinCrime AI roadmaps, including GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI, and Regulatory AI use cases, is mandatory. Experience with NICE Actimize SAM and WLM is a primary requirement, with SAS AML, FircoSoft, Oracle FCCM, Quantexa, NetReveal, or Norkom being advantageous.
Mandatory technical skills include implementing AI governance, investigator copilots, intelligent alert triaging, and case summarization solutions. Expertise in AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, XAI, and Regulatory AI use cases is required, along with strong capabilities in Intelligent Alert Prioritization, False Positive Reduction, Network Analytics, Fraud Prediction, and SAR Narrative Generation.
Expertise in NICE Actimize AML solutions, including SAM, WLM, Actimize Case Manager (ACM), and ActOne, is critical, with extensive experience in scenario configuration, threshold tuning, alert generation, workflow configuration, sanctions screening, PEP screening, adverse media screening, and alert optimization. Proficiency with FinCrime data models, data mapping, ETL processes, REST API integrations, and Java customizations is necessary. Experience with Cloud, CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, Nexus), and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
Further requirements include proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and application support. Experience with Agile Methodology, application and solution technical design, and business requirements analysis is key. Understanding of Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch, and at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, or Linux/Unix Shell) is mandatory. Knowledge of Kafka integrations is a plus.
Extensive experience in end-to-end FinCrime or Fraud implementation programs, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT, UAT, deployment, upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives, is required. Hands-on delivery experience in FinCrime or Fraud implementations is essential. Experience in Cloud and CI/CD (DevOps Automation environment) is expected.
You should possess a high-level understanding of infrastructure designs, data models, and application/business architecture. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with excellent functional/operational knowledge of team activities is vital. Functional expertise must include thorough knowledge of AML/CTF transaction monitoring, KYC, Sanctions processes, transaction monitoring scenarios, SAR/STR processes, and AML risk assessment.
Strong knowledge of Watch List Management (WLM), sanctions screening, OFAC/UN/EU compliance, PEP, and adverse media screening is required. Experience in scenario tuning, threshold optimization, false positive reduction, and OOTB vs custom gap assessments is necessary. The ability to develop modules related to KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP, adverse media screening, TM, and CM is important. Thorough knowledge of case management workflows and experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis are key.
Agile (Scrum or Kanban) Methodology experience is required. Exposure to conducting or participating in product demonstrations, training, and assessment studies is desirable. Analytical thinking, the ability to devise out-of-the-box solutions, and provide customization approaches and configuration mapping are essential. Excellent client-facing skills are paramount. The ability to review test cases and guide the testing team is also important. End-to-end product implementation and transformation experience is a desirable trait.
