As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will be instrumental in modernizing and transforming FinCrime solutions for clients. You will engage in client discussions, demonstrating deep expertise in FinCrime products and convincing stakeholders of proposed solutions. Leading a team of technology consultants, you will manage large technology programs, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Your role involves understanding high-level business requirements and translating them into effective AML/FinCrime product capabilities.

This role requires a minimum of 5-8 years of banking industry experience, with at least 6 years dedicated to AML/FinCrime/Fraud transformation. You must possess 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions within the banking or compliance sectors. Essential technical skills include a strong command of NICE Actimize AML solutions, AI roadmaps covering GenAI, Agentic AI, ML, and XAI, along with expertise in cloud, CI/CD, and container technologies. Functional knowledge of AML/CTF transaction monitoring, KYC, and sanctions processes is mandatory. An MBA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree is required, alongside a proven ability to lead and manage technology projects.
