This role focuses on modernizing and transforming FinCrime solutions, requiring a Senior Technology Consultant with deep expertise in the FinCrime domain. You will be responsible for leading technology transformation programs and managing a team of consultants.

Lead FinCrime solutions modernization and transformation projects as a Senior Technology Consultant. Effectively communicate and convince clients about proposed solutions during client discussions, leveraging deep FinCrime expertise. Manage and guide a team of technology consultants to successfully deliver large-scale technology programs in a project management capacity. Interface with clients as a Technical Business Systems Analyst on FinCrime projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and providing regular status updates to management and onsite coordinators. Be prepared to travel to client locations as needed.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of high-level business requirements and their translation into AML/FinCrime product capabilities. Define and validate product customizations based on client needs, and review client processes to recommend improvements for maximizing AML product benefits. Possess in-depth knowledge of best banking practices and relevant AML product modules. Essential experience includes NICE Actimize with hands-on expertise in SAM and WLM. Familiarity with Fraud, SAS AML, FircoSoft, Oracle FCCM, Quantexa, NetReveal, or Norkom is a significant advantage.
