This role focuses on leading FinCrime solutions modernization and transformation projects. You will act as a Senior Technology Consultant, demonstrating deep expertise in FinCrime solutions during client discussions and guiding teams in delivering large technology programs.

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will spearhead FinCrime solutions modernization and transformation initiatives. You are expected to engage clients with profound knowledge of FinCrime solutions and lead technology consulting teams in managing and delivering substantial technology programs. Your role involves understanding high-level business needs and translating them into effective AML/FinCrime product capabilities, defining and validating customizations, and reviewing client processes for optimized benefits.

You will also serve as a Technical Business Systems Analyst, interfacing with onsite coordinators, ensuring timely task completion, and providing regular status reports to management. Collaboration with customer representatives and willingness to travel are key aspects of this client-facing position.

We seek a professional with 5 to 8 years of banking industry experience, holding an MBA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree. Essential technical skills include deep expertise in NICE Actimize AML solutions (SAM, WLM, ACM, ActOne), scenario configuration, threshold tuning, and alert optimization. Proficiency in RCM, AIS, Actimize data model, ETL, REST APIs, Java, Cloud, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Agile methodologies is mandatory.

Functional expertise in AML/CTF, KYC, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Case Management, and scenario tuning is crucial. Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch, and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Linux/Unix Shell is required. Experience in end-to-end NICE Actimize implementations, including cloud transformation and DevOps environments, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of infrastructure, data, and application architecture, coupled with excellent client-facing and analytical skills, will enable success in this role.
