This role focuses on modernizing and transforming FinCrime solutions. You'll act as a Senior Technology Consultant, driving impactful projects. Your deep expertise in FinCrime solutions will be crucial in client engagements, allowing you to confidently present and implement robust solutions. You will also lead and mentor technology consultant teams, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale technology programs.

As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will engage in multiple FinCrime projects, serving as a key interface with onsite coordinators and client representatives. Timely completion of assigned tasks and regular status reporting to project leads and managers are essential. You will also be expected to travel to client locations as needed, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include understanding high-level business requirements and translating them into appropriate AML/FinCrime product capabilities. You will define and validate customisation needs for AML products based on client specifications. Furthermore, you will review existing client processes and workflows, providing recommendations to maximize benefits from the AML Product. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of best banking practices and AML product modules is critical.

We are seeking professionals with a strong foundation in FinCrime solutions and a proven track record in delivering technology programs. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of banking industry experience is required, coupled with an MBA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree.

Mandatory technical skills include expert-level proficiency in NICE Actimize AML solutions (SAM, WLM, ACM, ActOne), scenario configuration, and alert optimization. Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Agile methodologies is also required. Functional expertise in AML/CTF transaction monitoring, KYC, and sanctions screening is a must.

Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Elasticsearch, along with scripting/programming in Python, Java, or Linux/Unix Shell, is highly valued. Experience in end-to-end NICE Actimize implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and cloud transformation initiatives, is crucial. A strong understanding of infrastructure designs, data models, and application architecture is expected. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to provide analytical solutions are key attributes for this role.
