EY is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Finacle Core Banking to join our global team. This role is pivotal in driving Finacle transformation programs, focusing on requirements, solution mapping, and process optimization.

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in leading Finacle Core Banking transformation projects. This involves conducting detailed requirements workshops, documenting business and technical specifications, and performing solution mapping.

You'll collaborate closely with solution architects, development, testing, and vendor teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting data migration, integration analysis, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution delivery across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of banking experience and at least 3 years in business analysis, specifically within Finacle Core Banking environments. A strong understanding of retail and corporate banking, lending, payments, and compliance is essential.

Key skills include proficiency in requirements elicitation, functional design, and experience with APIs and banking data models. Experience in designing Java-based extensions and customizing Finacle interfaces is highly desirable. An MBA, MCA, BE, or BTech degree, along with relevant certifications, is preferred.
