Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a vital part of EY's strategy, comprising a worldwide network of service delivery centers. With over 80,000 professionals across ten locations, GDS provides crucial support to EY's growth agenda, delivering exceptional client service through consulting, assurance, tax, strategy, and knowledge services. Enablement Services within GDS offers cost-effective, high-skilled support across various functions, including IT, finance, and markets.

In this Manager-level role, you will act as a lead techno-functional consultant and business analyst on banking transformation initiatives. You will lead critical activities such as requirements workshops, process discovery, and solution design sessions.

Key responsibilities include translating business needs into functional and solution requirements, conducting gap assessments, and providing configuration advisories. You will prepare and review essential project documentation like BRDs and FRDs, coordinate effectively with diverse teams including business, technology, development, and vendor partners, and offer crucial functional and technical guidance.

Furthermore, you will maintain requirement traceability, support testing phases, and manage functional workstreams. This includes contributing to delivery governance, risk management, and engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.

We are looking for a techno-functional leader with a minimum of 8 years in banking and 5+ years in business analysis or techno-functional consulting. A strong foundation in Infosys Finacle Core Banking, including its architecture, ecosystem, configuration, and data models, is essential.

Experience with APIs, middleware, integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, data mapping, and migration is required. Familiarity with modern banking concepts like Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Open Banking, and cloud technologies is highly beneficial.

Ideally, you possess experience designing Java-based extensions and integrations using Finacle Integrator and API Hub. A comprehensive understanding of various banking domains such as retail, corporate banking, lending, payments, and treasury is also expected. Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are paramount for success in this role.
