Spearhead banking payments transformations and implement new cards and payment systems, drawing on 5+ years of experience. Drive initiatives as a Technical Business Analyst for Payment Processing Systems in large banks, with at least 3 years of focused experience. Ensure familiarity with key payments messaging standards like NACHA, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and SWIFT.

Demonstrate expertise in payment systems and processing, staying current with industry trends such as digital payments and payment gateways. Leverage deep understanding of Cards Management platforms like HPS PowerCard, VisionPLUS, and TSYS Prime, alongside Enterprise Payment platforms such as Finacle and Base24. Create precise technical documentation and models using tools like UML and BPMN, while applying excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You bring a strong foundation with a BE/BTech and MBA, complemented by a minimum of 3 years in client-facing consulting roles. Deep industry expertise in payments and digital banking, coupled with experience in large-scale payments modernization programs, is essential. Your ability to explore disruptive strategies for clients, incorporating new technologies like Blockchain and AI, will be highly valued.
