Drive key responsibilities within banking payments transformations and the implementation of new cards and payment systems, leveraging your 5+ years of experience. Serve as a Tech Business Analyst for payment processing systems in large banking environments, utilizing your 3+ years of specific experience. Demonstrate expertise in payments messaging standards (NACHA, ISO 8583, ISO 20022, SWIFT) and possess a strong understanding of payment systems, processing, and industry trends. Effectively utilize technical documentation and modeling tools such as UML and BPMN. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to change management initiatives within a complex, fast-paced setting. Apply knowledge of payment processing and clearing, especially in data mapping and modeling, to effectively triage development and production issues.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech) coupled with an MBA is required, alongside a minimum of 3 years in client-facing consulting roles. Possess demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the payments or financial services domain. Exhibit expertise in Cards Management platforms (HPS PowerCard, VisionPLUS, TSYS Prime) and Enterprise Payment platforms (Finacle, Base24). Proficiency in API integrations, payment technologies, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, JIRA) are essential. A solid understanding of payment regulatory frameworks is highly desirable. Key attributes include strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, alongside a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a multicultural environment.
